Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your That Lagos Girl ♡ purchase. If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and must not have been worn beyond reasonable try-on. Items should have their original tags attached where applicable and be returned with their original packaging where possible.

To request a return, please contact us at shopthatlagosgirl@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, not as described, or if you have received the wrong item.

Please email shopthatlagosgirl@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue so that we can assess the problem and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items will be dealt with in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for items that have been personalised or made specifically to order, unless the item is faulty or otherwise does not meet your statutory consumer rights.

Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.

Sale items are subject to the same statutory consumer rights as full-price items.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and confirm whether your return has been accepted.

Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method.

For cancellations made under your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the applicable amount within the timeframe required by law. This includes the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option where applicable.

For returns made under our additional 30-day return policy after the statutory cancellation period has ended, the original delivery charge will not be refundable.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
